DO A LETTER TO COUNCIL REQUESTING DIRECT PAYMENT FOR EACH NEW PROPERTY TENANTED ENCLOSING A COPY OF THE DOCTORS LETTER PROVIDED. QOUTE REGULATION 96 (1A) & (1B) OF THE HOUSING ACT.
SEND OUT LETTERS TO EACH TENANT IN ARREARS STATING THEIR ARREARS AND REQUEST PAYMENT OR A PAYMENT PLAN. FOLLOW UP 7 DAYS LATER.
NOTIFY JON AND NEIL OF ARREARS, KEEP RECORD AND KEEP ASKING FOR NEWS ON EACH NOTIFICATION DAILY UNTIL YOU HAVE AN ANSWER.
NOTIFY DOT OF ANY PAYMENT PLANS MADE SO SHE CAN ADD NOTES TO THE TENANTS STATEMENT.
CONTACT COUNCIL VIA PHONE TO QUERY ANY MISSING PAYMENTS AND INFORM DOT SO SHE CAN ADD NOTES TO STATEMENTS.
